Considering what I have seen in the transfer window so far, I feel a back-to-back title for Inter this season. 
Inter doesn't need to be that much active in the market but the other top teams should be.
Juventus has changed their manager maybe but they still couldn't perform the transfer plans in their mind. Motta has a really difficult job to do because of that. My biggest expectation is from Napoli to make difficulties for Inter honestly.
Because they already have a great squad. Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia also are staying for another season as it seems. I don't see any offer for Osimhen because of his high costs. Conte is a special manager and he would know what to do with this power.

It seems so. We can't underestimate other clubs, like Juventus and AC Milan. They have improved. But, I'm confident Inter Milan will win this season. Inter is favored to win the Serie A again. But, Juventus's odds are surprisingly higher than I expected.
I predict that, if Milan and Juventus compete for 2nd and 3rd, it's not impossible for either to win the scudetto. But I trust Simeone more in this to help inter gets is back to back scudetto.
I'm sure Inter Milan can show the same performance as last season when they got ez win for the scudetto. Juventus and Milan have new coaches. They need time to build chemistry with their players.
I think it can't be done in a short time, and most probably they need more than a season to have good chemistry.
