However, based on my opinion it's clear break their own term & condition. If they want to hire or sponsorship some people who are from (US) they should follow their own terms & conditions. Cause sponsorship, leading to represent to the casino it's self. Terms & conditions it's being made for rules, etc and while they broke their own rules for a purpose they created those.

It's quite simple, If they want to hire someone from (US) they should created casino for (US) player only by following the legal law from US. Stake can do these, without broke their own rules. I might be created a thread on (Scam) section for more other opinion from fellow other forum member.
