Does anyone here use Deribit or ever heard of it, I checked it and they only have 50k followers on twitter. Why am I asking about an irrelevant exchange you ask? Well, I saw them 2nd on top CEX by 24h vol lol

deribit is top 2 I don't believe in this to be honest I usually check Centralized Exchange through this https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges or https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ and noway that deribit is even top 5 based on that. 
Which CEX is the best? for me right now the best exchange is only binance and bybit both of them I usually used in weekly basis
