Bayern Munich will always be favourite to win and just in one blue moon will other club have the chance to winning hence just focusing in the business side of football is happening Dortmund stay relevent. Dortmund has what it takes to become champions in any league they compete at but they are making more money firm selling players than they'll make form winning trophies. Leverkusen aren't going to be favourites again, they just had one good season hence they should also focus on selling their top players and make profits before the players market value reduces. If it was Dortmund that won the league last season, they would had sold almost all the star players of last season.
Bayern Munich are all in for the major trophies and winning substantial profits for themselves while Borrusia Dortmund will always be in good shape and selling players with potentials, that's the first part for the club to walk directly into significant huge profits. Dortmund doesn't need trophies to become one of the best profitable clubs in the world of football. While for Bayer Leverkusen, they're coming up and with the proper management of Xabi Alonso, they're very active and winning becomes priorities for them.

Leverkusen were favoured to win the league last season, and Xabi Alonso is still coaching next season, and they did not sell any of their key players, so I believe they will continue to do well and probably win the league trophy again. I'm not sure what Dortmund's main problem is; they are good, but they sell their key players to another club, and they will perform poorly later on without winning any trophies. Currently, Dortmund still has vital players and will cooperate with other clubs in the league, but I can't say if they can win the Bundesliga next season but they will try there best. Munich or Leverkusen can win the league in my opinion let see how the season will go if they will get new challenge in other club in the league competition.
