Re: CHIPS.GG Broken their own term & condition, do my case get some compensation?
It is indeed odd to see a YouTuber in the US playing at a jurisdictionally-restricted casino... In any other case you'd think they'd cancel this guy's account. What anyone else from the US trying to log in sees is this:
Whats funny is all that happened in the YouTube video was he lost $900 in 30 seconds
In another video where he's playing at the same casino he ends it with a big loss, signing off with "I hate my fucking life, because gambling is a scam, dude."
In his channel description, it even says this:
With less than 800 subscribers, kind of an odd marketing decision to hire this guy as a "sponsor", but oh well, and yes definitely a violation of their own T&S.
