I’m intrigued on the issue revolving with this Premium member benefits. What’s the response of the support when you inquire about it? It’s confusing because other users claim that they are receiving rewards while others like you don’t received it.

Maybe they change the rules for receiving the rewards such as minimum wager requirements in daily basis to receive the rewards?

If you go back a few pages there are some messages from Freebitco.in support saying they are aware of the WOF issue and are working on it. That is all the information we have. It broke a few months ago also, but they didn't say why and it took about a week to fix. This time we are waiting much longer and again no details why.....
