Let me make it clear that I have never stated that the USA is a poor country. Your constant strawman arguments are not only pathetic but also show a lack of critical thinking skills.
Regarding your comments about healthcare, it is fucking ridiculous to suggest that healthcare has no role in addressing obesity. Access to healthcare is a complex issue that can impact a person's ability to make healthy choices. While it is true that having a gym membership or a pair of running shoes can be helpful in promoting physical activity, it is not a solution for everyone.
Furthermore, your suggestion that healthcare does nothing to end obesity when there are McDonald's restaurants in hospitals is fucking absurd. It is not an either-or situation. Both access to healthcare and promoting physical activity are important in addressing obesity.

Healthcare could have a role in addressing obesity but it doesn't because the healthcare industry is more interested in scamming people than anything else. Hospitals have McDonalds in them because hospital patients and their families are precisely the people who are likely to eat a lot of McDonalds and because McDonalds makes the hospital a lot of money by keeping people sick.
