Yes. Americans are fat piles of lard. The American healthcare system is doing nothing to solve the obesity crisis. The American healthcare system may be decent immediately after a heart attack, but the healthcare system is not doing what it needs to do to prevent those heart attacks in the first place. Americans are fat bastards. I would say that they need an @$$ whooping, but diabetes, heart attacks, and all other ailments do that already, so I will just tell them to lose the weight.
