Would like to reiterate that it has been nearly 22 days and BCGame has not given even the littlest insight into this case.
It might have been 22 days since you created this thread but BC.Game Support stated on 1st August they are looking in to the claim. Though it is understandable that you (or anybody in your situation) would be anxious for regular contact and updates from BC.Game I think that is not realistic.
Having said that, if you have not heard from them nine days after they posted here then they should probably post an update or contact you via email even to just re-iterate their investigations are ongoing.At least a BC.Game customer service representative was in contact with you before you created this thread, maybe they will contact you directly. When was the last time you contacted them asking for an update?

If I may jump in and address the part of your post I marked in underline, they are in the process of getting to understand OP's case. I was assured that OP will be reached by his VIP host soon [I guess it'll be after they have enough to share and/or to proceed with any action], and I've been bugging my BC contact on routine basis, chasing them for this.
