Bitcoin is far from its all time all high, you should expect other coin to follow the same order. The only coins that are still maintaining there previous all time is are the coins that a listed perhaps a week from last weeks, almost all has lose their grip from the previous all time and so is ethereum price.

What I think significantly dropped the price of Ethereum was the ETF approval. A lot of people that were capitalizing on ethereum ETF approval from SEC has sold their bags, about 8 ETFs were granted by the security exchange commission and nothing bullish again after the announcement, those who bought the rumors and sold the news has drop their bags, it's left for you to decide if you see future in ethereum or you are willing to drop your bag here.
