Barcelona were a bit fortunate compared to other clubs who had the same problems as them, when the team was having financial difficulties, the players from the La Masia academy were simultaneously showing their extraordinary talent. Even though Barcelona are experiencing financial difficulties, they can rely on players from La Masia to fill in the gaps in their main squad. Only Dani Olmo has just been officially launched in this transfer market, it is not yet certain how many more players will be brought in, but if you look at their current financial condition, Barcelona will probably give their young players playing time.
Actually, it is more about Barcelona's dedication to building the team from the past until now through the implementation of the La Masia academy so that Barcelona always finds it easier to deal with the difficulties they experience every season even though the financial difficulties are still not resolved at this time. However, this does not mean that Barcelona has to give up on their own condition because at a time like now Barcelona can still bring in new players to their squad without any obstacles.
It must be admitted that Barcelona has many potential young players and all of them are the result of their academy, which means that Barcelona management has built a fairly successful academy so that it can produce many quality players.
With the financial problems that Barcelona is currently experiencing, it makes it difficult for them to recruit quality players to compete with other best European teams, it is a setback for a team as big as Barcelona.
If it is only to survive at the top of La Lig, I think it is not their place there like last season, but Barcelona must be able to build a team to be able to become champions, that is what Barcelona team management must strive for even though it is difficult because of the financial problems they are experiencing.
La Masia is fantastic. Its the heart and soul of Barcelona, and its been bailing them out during these tough times. HOwever, you cant win La Liga or the Champions League with a bunch of kids. I like what Im seeing from the management. They're getting smart, following the Real Madrid playbook, grabbing those free agents. Thats the way to do it. You need that mix of experience and young blood to really dominate.
Barcelona's not just about surviving anymore. They're gearing up to take back their rightful place at the top. And trust me, they're going to get there, even without splashing the cash on big-name loans.
