Barcelona has a beautiful La Masia, their school for young talents. It's cute, but it's not helping them at all. Debt. They're just whistling past the graveyard while it's like a time bomb. Kids' ads may save money right now, but they're just a band-aid on a real hurt. Laporta and his group are going to play with fire. Their main goal today is to win, but what about tomorrow? They get closer to the edge every season that this debt hangs over them. I admire the academy because it has turned out legends. But prayers and hope won't help you build a team.  They need to make a plan for their money right away. It's not just about getting prizes; it's also about staying alive. Barcelona is very big, but even big things can fall. They might fall apart if they don't get their house in order

They are already falling apart which is very unfortunate, I don't remember the last time Barcelona won a Champions league, either they start a good season in the first few matches then ruin the rest of it, or the opposite but never recovered totally as the old Barcelona team we use to see. Barcelona fail to create another team or at least close to when Messi was there.
I fail to understand how they couldn't use their great academy for their first team? La masia is one of the best academies to create young talents, so where is the results when it comes to titles?
They have been going through a tough time financially for a few seasons and that is why they couldn’t keep Messi. He was also a player who came out of La Masia and they have an academy with incredible talent. Now they brought Yamal out of there and he is a top quality player who is giving life to Barcelona. They can be successful in the UCL this year with Flick because they are having a really successful season in the friendly matches. Now it is time to show the same performance when the official matches start.
