It's safe to say it's an alcoholic drink. It doesn't have to be 100% alcohol.
I don't agree with that. No one drinks cider for its alcohol content. There are ciders with 1% to 2% ABV. I don't understand the need to call them as alcohol. Alcohol is just one of the minor constituents.
