Bayern Leverkusen will no doubt perform very well in their league this season, with an improved tactics from what we saw last season. I believe they have equally learn from their loss to Atalanta in the europa league final. But what I'm not sure is, if they are going to win the league again. But if you look at this Bayern Leverkusen squad you will see that there is enough joy and happiness in their dressing room. Take it or leave it any team that want to win the Bundesliga title will have to go through Bayern Leverkusen. There is enough confidence in their players right now. They won the league unbeaten last season and there this feeling of let's do it again that will be within them. In the Champions league they are going to make it through the round of 16 this am sure, but anything further than that I can't guarantee that.
Defending a trophy has been one of the tough things most teams struggle to do, they don't easily get away with it, only a few teams who have dominated a certain league so possess the ability to maintain such serially but in the case of Leverkusen who is just doing it more like for the first time, they are going to find it challenging but this doesn't mean they can't achieve it or they are going to perform poorly but it's simply not going to come easy, this almost everyone seem to agree with.
