I have had wagers I put in with the pick your negociated price option. well before the gates open and when your screen shows the race is yet to jump... The price of my horse does not creep up to where I need it so should be no play..but then you guys get the transaction and wait the minute and all of a sudden im confirmed at my price in the LIVE racing portion of your offereings, whicih I dont want at all cause if the odds start to climb then your screwed, and those bets have been accepted and graded a loss.. they were small wagers and buyer beware but that is a major flaw to your advantage in your set up there.
far as I can tell you cant cancel a best offer price so if this happens your screwed.. and thus this statement you made below is 100% not true
If the event is already over by that time, your bet will be refunded regardless of the result.
please dont take these comments as a negative condemnation, what you have is unique and Im figureing out the flaws and sorting it all out. but imo you need several improvements if you are going to draw in serious volume and members in horses..
OK I now understand the problem. Please allow me to explain :
When you use the "Negotiate Odds" option, we will wait for the bet odds to reach your minimum requested odds until the event is over and not for just 1 minute or until the event turns in-play.
We're explaining the "Negotiate Odds" feature in more details on our help page here :
http://www.directbet.eu/FAQ.cshtml#BetOptionsIt is also explained in the bet order page when you select this option :
Negotiate Odds - Confirm bet when the best available odds is equal or better than the specified odds. If unsuccessful, the bet will be canceled at the completion of the event.
Currently, it is not possible to cancel an unconfirmed negotiated bet before the completion of the event, but it is something we are working on and we will allow that in the future. Meanwhile, if you do not like this feature you can use one of the other two betting options instead.
Please note that if you have an unconfirmed negotiated bet and the event turns in-play, and something happened during the event causing the bet odds to increase above your minimum requested odds, then your bet will confirm at the greater odds to reflect that (higher than the minimum requested odds), so you are never getting a bet at bad odds.
