Yeah, for now Inter Milan is better in all aspects and they are still the main candidates to win the title especially when Lautaro Martínez is still in the squad then Inter Milan can still be relied on, while other competitors are still trying to build their squads by bringing in several new players. For now AS Roma is still my concern they have spent 88 million to bring in 5 players this means that AS Roma has a target to take a place in the top 4 or even compete for the title.
No doubt about competitiveness of Inter Milan as a best candidate to win Scudetto but AS Roma are making big surprise with their latest activities on the transfer market. $88M spent in this summer that is a very big budget and with this number compares to what spent under Mourinho times previous years, is it fair on how Roma treat Mourinho and De Rossi as their head coaches?
Roma is really committing to strengthen their squad. They want to compete for a top spot to get a UCL spot. It surprises me how Roma spent a lot of money in the summer window. The good thing is that De Rossi has made some efficient transfer. This was not happening when Mou was there.

It's very interesting to see a club like AS Roma participating so vigorously in the transfer market, It goes a long way to show how intent they are and how anxiously they want to compete against their rivals, some decades ago, Roma used to compete at the highest level, playing in the champions league, but in recent times Roma has experienced a great deal of decline which saw them leaving the echelon competition (UCL) to settle for the Europa and Europa Conference league where they won their first European title with Jose Mourinho as head coach, now they have a new coach in the person of Alessandro de Rossi who is also familiar with the team as a former player and has made some significant changes in the club which has also helped the team to be more competitive in the serie A, without any doubt I think Roma are going to be better side this season
