I can say that Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have been successful in this transfer market. Real Madrid became the most successful club because they managed to get one of the best strikers in the world today, Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer. Atletico Madrid managed to get Julian Alvarez from City. I also agree that Alvarez is a player that Simeone really needs to perfect his tactics this season. And finally, there is good news for Barcelona fans because they managed to get Dani Olmo. But there is news that Barcelona still cannot register Olmo because they still cannot meet the FFP rules.
FFP rules are what has been causing Barcelona trouble for the last few years. The unbalanced economic spending in the past has upset Barcelona's balance for a few seasons. They are currently in the recovery phase. They will definitely make an adjustment for the Olmo transfer. Therefore, it is not difficult to predict that there will be players leaving the team. Maybe they can send a few players from the midfield to other teams. Also, Atletico Madrid made a transfer of Sorloth in addition to Alvarez. He was a striker I liked a lot last year. He will fight for the form with Alvarez and Diego Simeone will be advantageous in this situation. He has two warrior strikers. Atletico Madrid has one of the best offensive lines this year.

This is an old stories of Barcelona.

1. They can't register players

2. Barca activates its lever to try to navigate its terrible financial situation.

3. Barcelona got some money to only avoid their financial problem in short term.

Barcelona never ever seriously tried to solve their financial trouble. That said, Laporta's actions in Barcelona don't affect their finances. But, his decisions are making Barcelona worse. This is so silly. What sort of club buys a player it can't even register? This is only happening with Barcelona. I was not a hater, but I was disappointed. Laporta and his team mismanaged Barcelona's finances.
Recruiting Dani Olmo became an alternative for Barcelona after they failed to get Nico Williams, but the ease they found in recruiting Dani Olmo was actually not as easy as registering him now, Barcelona were previously too confident about their finances which were starting to stabilize and even Laporta  were arrogant to say if Barcelona has enough money to buy Nico Williams at a high price, but in fact what they say is not in accordance with what is happening now after Barcelona again collided with the existing league regulations, reportedly Dani Olmo cannot be registered as a new Barcelona player Currently because they cannot cover the shortfall in their current financial balance, Barcelona has a shortfall of around 60 million euros and most likely they will have to sell their players to be able to meet this shortfall in near time.
