I used to write web contents. A single article could be written in a hundred different ways. If one is lazy doing it manually, a text spinner would be of help. Either way, the result is the same. It's like this:

OP, my hunch is that you're the same person operating the other accounts here posting newly-launched exchanges. You're probably an outsourced employee from god knows where. But I guess you can suggest to your boss just the same to improve your scheme. I believe in excellence. You should do your best even if it's scamming other people.
AML policies may be similar across different websites, which is not surprising, since international AML rules are the same. We can rephrase some texts, add or remove some rules, but the essence will remain the same, so it may look the same.
If you pay attention not only to the paragraph where the requirements for providing documents are indicated, you will see that the rest of the information is completely different and the rules for working with exchangers are different.
