If the OP has already withdrawn what they were entitled to and the casino suspended the account because of flags and there is no chance the casino will release more funds (they are keeping the deposit), does the OP have a claim?

Since the OP created more than thread to raise their complaint but has not posted since 11th August 2024, maybe they will never return.
