Rumours have been circulating for a few hours now that Al-Ahli want to take Vinicius Jr. from Real, but Real Madrid are pointing to the transfer fee stipulated in the contract, which is 1 billion euros. I can't imagine that any club would pay that amount for any athlete, not even one from the Saudi league. Even for the clubs from Saudi Arabia, €1bn is a lot of money even if they had the money to pay.

It is excessive to pay a €1 billion clause for Vinicus even though Arab clubs are never short of money but it must be more reasonable to buy players, and the clause is so that no club can redeem him so Real Madrid still owns him.

I know that this will never happen. €1 billion is a lot of money. Maybe it's just a few rumors because it's not going to be valid and it's just going to increase the traffic of the media.
Talking about this hottest rumor, I think it's crazy that a country wants to spend so much money on one player and it seems that the release of the 1B euro clause doesn't make them afraid to get the player they want. We know that Real Madrid is very protective of their players, that's why they set a very large clause so that other teams can't reach it.

But it's a different case if it comes from one of the Saudi leagues, namely Al-Ahli with full support from PIF, they are able to do it. However, we know that after inheriting the number 7 jersey at Real Madrid and continuing to consistently train until it is formed now, it would be a shame if Vinicius left just because of the offer of money. Vinicius certainly still wants to stay for years until he can win everything at Real Madrid including the individual Ballon D'or title.

Anyway, here are the details of the contract offered including the salary per minute to per week that Vinicius can earn if he joins Al-Ahli. Moreover, he will also be an ambassador for the 2034 World Cup.
