I can't imagine that any club would pay that amount for any athlete, not even one from the Saudi league. Even for the clubs from Saudi Arabia, €1bn is a lot of money even if they had the money to pay.
It is excessive to pay a €1 billion clause for Vinicus even though Arab clubs are never short of money but it must be more reasonable to buy players, and the clause is so that no club can redeem him so Real Madrid still owns him.

This is just mere speculations and rumours and propaganda, who would want to pay such a crazy amount of money for one athlete, it's absurd, besides vinicius jnr is still a key player for real Madrid and I don't think real Madrid are ready to part ways with him and if any club in the world had such money to waste on 1 player then they would rather waste it on the likes of Lionel Messi or Christiano Ronaldo whom I think are more deserving of that kind of money and not the Brazilian who hasn't won any international trophy with his national team, or any Ballon d'Or or FIFA best player award to his name, but if all this is true then i think real Madrid wouldn't hesitate to let him go because of the huge amount of money involved.
