The odds for Manchester City to still be the favorite are not strange anymore because they are able to win trophies in a row, however, the bookies will give small odds as the champion of this team because obviously their game has not changed the squad is still solid as long as Pep Guardiola is still the coach.Chelsea is the 4th favorite of the bookies compared to other teams because they made such a big overhaul? Maresca being the new coach there may still be hope for change, but still not sure Chelsea will do it significantly.
I don't know how the bookies are seeing this Chelsea team but I do know that they aren't all that tight when it comes to their performance being consistent although this season we can't actually say anything but if we were to judge prior from their last season performance then placing Chelsea as 4th favorite in winning the league is somehow really absurd if you ask me.
