Players whose goals revolve around hitting the jackpot would begin a new round faster, believing it'll fetch them the jackpot. Hence, gamblers need to be cautious with the goals they want to achieve with gambling. If not, they'll have a difficult time controlling Post-loss speeding.

Do you experience post-loss speeding when winning or losing?

I do not think that I experienced post-loss speeding at any of the time when I am gambling. But when I was a beginner, I always had a problem of starting a new session when I loss the previous, that it became a big problem for me because it was making me get more addicted to gambling and also causing me more losses that I could handled. The way I handled it is by being more direct about what I wanted to achieve when I gambled and the money I make available so I do not gamble more. If you lose, starting a new game would not make you to win but it will keep giving you the feeling that you were closer to winning therefore you will want to bet more and end up losing. While winning, some gamblers can also have post-loss speeding behaviour but it should not be as much noticeable when winning.
