Just like Ahoy said, and at the same time begging to be a bit different than what he suggest, there are numerous casinos that are more than happy to cater you, like Stake. They've been around for a very long time and is still one of the most reputable casino on this forum.

But, if I may give my opinion and forewarning, I am not in touch with Stake, at all, by any means of media of communication, with all of possible attempt to get any kind of meaningful interaction already being exhausted. This doesn't necessarily mean they are not trustworthy, I'd like to believe they still are. And this post is not intended to discourage you from trying them. It simply means that if you encounter any future situation with Stake, I don't think I can help pursue the matter to be resolved.
