I have never played on this casino before, I don't even have an account here since this is actually my very first time of coming across the casino, and to be honest with you, having to wait four days or more for a review from your programmers before my withdrawal request is processed is a very bad experience, and if I was interested in trying out this casino, learning about this flaw means I've lost interest.

How many programmers do you guys have? And how much time does it take them to run a review on an account before they certify it as good? If the review per account takes that much time, then hire more programners if need be, just make sure your customers don't wait (at most) more than a day to have their funds withdrawal request either processed or rejected, what if the customer needed the money for something very urgent?
