I think it's not applicable for an employee and they can justify it by saying the streamer is paid for his job.
It's just my own opinion, he was acting as (jobs + customer).
While he doing his job, he gets the money to reload claim on (CHIPS.GG) each reload of around 200-300$. As @nutilday said, once he loses the money then he will start the drama
- I hate my f*cking life.
- Talking bad about his life.
- Crying, and other.
- Begging to the viewer, or tell no one is help him.
- Then, he got juice by someone in the chats.
- Gambling again.
- The cycle it's getting repeat like these.
That's at the time, he should be consider as customer cause the money he was playing it's from his viewer or his own pocket money. Basically, he was not 100% using sponsor money but using his money (mostly his twitch paid) or his viewer money (by juice).
