I don't think I would want to specifically suggest you one or two casinos that accept PH resident, but if you're looking for a good casino, feel free to visit my thread compiling cases against casinos and their status [active, in progress, invalid, resolved], you can draw your own conclusion with your very own parameter of what you think good or not from a casino, and then progress to check their residency ToS to be sure PH is not one of their restricted country.

now that you mention this, I remember some discussion about metawin having a migration feature on their casino. basically, gamblers can migrate their account from other casinos. However, I am not really sure if it is a limited-time event or if it is always open all the time.
