De Rossi probably can do very well if he starts to build a squad for himself. You know, last season he did a very good job with a squad that he did not even build. To be honest, I expected better from Jose Mourinho but he kind of disappointed. I did not expect De Rossi to do much better either. But what he did indeed surpassed the expectations of everyone.
De Rossi also signed a winger from Juventus, he is slowly building a squad. I am expecting him to finish top 4 this season. What he did last season was exceptionally well and I believe he will be able to get the UCL ticket for his team in the next.
I also hope the same for him at AS Roma, but it seems difficult for him to aim for the champions or the top four next season, and I see they have a less than impressive pre-season from the six games they played only managed to get two wins of course this is not good, and I see their new striker also has not scored a goal for Roma, and I think they will be in the dark if De Rossi does not hone his strategy again, because the league is only a few days away so their evaluation must be right if everything is to go according to their plan. And here I think that De Rossi will not be able to beat Mourinho that is the reality, Mourinho is a legend as a player and also a coach so it is not easy for him to bring down Mourinho, Roma rose under Mourinho and I think this is something that is not worthy of being compared because De Rossi is still finding his identity as a coach, and with what he currently gets from Roma management I think he should use it well and wisely but if not I think he is not a coach who deserves to be there, and I think De Rossi is also still lacking in the tactics he has so he has to sharpen his head again to show that he is capable of finishing in the top four but if not I think Roma should consider removing him.
