Personally, when I have tried cryptocurrency casinos I have done so with casinos that are advertised here on the forum, and that have a minimum track record. Sometimes you can see accusations in the Scam Accusations section but in many cases they are false accusations and it was the player who broke the rules in some way and is now trying to blame the site.
In this forum alone, if you are a gambler, you will already get very good insights on their respective threads as well as the trust summary of their representative. So no need to be lazy backreading on their threads. You will also get the idea on how they are treating their players, if they are resolving the complaints, even if it is small.
That is a good sign. Any casino with a large clientele is going to have complaints.That they are responsive, that they deal with them and that they solve them, in one way or another, is a sign that they are running the business well.
Yeah, credibility is going up from such cases, and there will be problems along the way, it's natural that something like that will arise - it's, however, obligatory to solve cases like that so that the community would know that it's not alone.
