I can't really expect Atalanta and Napoli and Roma to compete, but these three teams will likely be good too. Napoli were too bad last season, so I would put them in final position as favorites compared to some of the teams above.
Personally, I am quite curious about the difference in Napoli after they hire Conte as the most expensive coach in Serie A. At least, Napoli's target for Conte is to be able to enter the UCL qualification. As for the top 1, Inter still holds its position.So far Napoli have signed defenders, and they are not top players either.

If this is the only thing, then Napoli's strength will not change drastically, unless Conte can really optimize the performance of every player from the old squad as optimally as possible.
And don't forget Juventus, they will be in the title race. Next season I can predict a three-horse race for the Scudetto. Inter will no longer be alone on the road to the championship like last season.
Regarding Roma, they have improved too since they started working with De Rossi and this coach helped Roma a lot to have better performance but still it was not enough and now it seems they are even about to lose their key player Dybala.
Dybala was very effective in Roma and he helped this team a lot but Dybala got good offers from the Saudi League teams like Al Ittihad and Al Ahli which can make this player leave Roma.
Dybala played in 39 games for Roma and scored 16 goals for this team.
