Looks like Manchester united won't be able to take home this three points available in their first leg game with Fulham, I was thinking that Manchester united after their preparation at the pre-season games, that Fulham would have been an easy opponent team side to win, but seem they're finding it difficult to defeat Fulham at this point, and if this happens will be a very bad start of the season for Utd team if this game ended in a draw.
Am glad they won the match today but it's just going to be for some hours before Arsenal wins tomorrow with more goal points and tops the league. However, it's so funny that Manchester United was able to score just one goal in the match, the first team to win a match this season, the first team to secure three points and stay top 1 in the EPL table but at the end won't win the EPL title.
The performance I saw today against Fulham was not what I expected. They were supposed to win them without stress, but they were lucky to score today.
Rashford and Amad started the first half and they were unable to make a proper game work in order to score a goal but if you observed after their substition bring in Gnarcho and Joshua, these two players were able to work things out and created a golden chance which Zirkzee didn't miss the net and Gnarcho made the assist.
It is good that United started the season with victory but they need to improve in their performance because Fulham is not a team that should give them much difficult time before scoring just one goal. They will only top the league toady and go down tomorrow because they only scored one goal.
