I think the situation surrounding the whole Victor osimhen and Lukaka swapping saga depends on the agreement between Napoli and Chelsea, for Victor Osimhen, if it turns out that he's unable to secure a new club as both him and the team has agreed for him to leave then he will have to remain in Napoli then probably he will be included in Conte's line up since he still has a contract with the Napoli team till next season but if Napoli and Chelsea are able to finalize the deal that means Lukaka will be moving to Napoli while Osimhen will move to Chelsea.
Most likely this deal may pull through and I'm seeing it in that light because I believe Chelsea needs a striker like osimhen so does Napoli needs lukaku especially as he has been said to suit in to conte's plan, the clause by both teams on both players obviously appears like they just want to make good money off these two not minding the possible effects of their perceived greed on both players. I don't know if that was the best word to use but I couldn't think of anything better, most importantly is both teams should allow the deal pull through already as both players wouldn't be perfectly functional in their present teams except for the swap deal.
