Please forgive us that we do not want to pay 200$ per review without exchange, we need customers, our potential customers will try the service for 30$ if they do not like it, but they will spend on the blockchain commission at worst a dollar, but by signing up and writing a review they will get more than 10 given that there will be more than 200 participants (if there are many participants we will increase the budget, no one will be left in the minus), those customers who like our service will exchange during the month and get big rewards of 100$, why should you get the same amount? 
The title says £5,000, but you set conditions that are independent of the participants.
The amount of the reward depends on the number of exchanges? Are you serious? What kind of crap are you selling?
I don't doubt for a second that this exchanger will soon leave the forum because they chose someone who watches his own ass and not the ass of his client.
