You haven't stated the recipient client/wallet (privacy reasons maybe?)
But if it's a self-custodial one where there's a proper "CPFP" (Child-Pays-for-Parent) feature or even just "coin-control",
you should be able bump it by spending that specific unspent output to another transaction (that sends to yourself or your next payment).
That's cheaper than a paid accelerator.
