Due to Bitcoin's volatility, many people might hesitate to receive their salaries in Bitcoin, as they want to preserve the value of their money in the long term. This is especially true for those who are new to cryptocurrency. If receiving salaries in Bitcoin is optional, not mandatory, it will be a step in the right direction.
