It's not easy, I agree, but it should be controllable with time and experience in such situations.

Yes, that's how holding back emotions when losing gambling is not easy for gamblers to do, but in any case controlling yourself can help gamblers not to be overly emotional when losing.
Well, from here it depends on each individual to learn to control themselves when they lose or have won. Grin

Well emotions are something that we as humans should not repress, it is something that we must bring to the surface, but to do so the trick is that we must limit our resources when playing, if we have 1000usd it is crazy to spend it all, to have everything available, it is not the same to have 100usd to spend than 1000usd, that is where our control begins without repressing the emocoins, that is, while we play we can take out everything we have, but when we reach the limit of 100usd and it is spent we have to withdraw without even thinking that we are going to deposit again, that does not apply.

It's true that we must also release the emotions that we have to avoid getting crazy all of a sudden. But, there are instances where these emotions should also be suppressed especially if we are in the gambling industry.
I can tell that using experience only because I had been frustrated and mad many times that I deposited way too many times that I could not even control myself.
It's revenge that I want and I won't stop until I get it, that's the only thing on my mind, I also have the perspective of the RTP coming in anytime which is why I keep on betting even though that money is something that I cannot afford to lose anymore.
Emotions will always be there, control is not.
