It is surprising that Arsenal is higher than Bayern, Barcelona and even PSG. It is also not clear why City is considered the favorite, Real is the record holder in this tournament, although I probably agree with this, City really played better than Real. Probably in this rating I disagree only with the position of Bayern and would raise it higher.

For those who are confident in this, I think betting on Real Madrid at such early odds of almost 4x can be a good opportunity. This season considering players, statistics, and performance, it's hard to deny Real Madrid's strength and power compared to other teams or even last season. While Manchester City also performed well last season, I wouldn’t say they played better than Madrid especially since they lost to them.
