Both websites are scam OP. Don't even bother.

1. Bit-rate.com - its terms of service seem to be copied from bitwellix.com which is now also offline. They even didn't bother changing the Title of the website on the browser, which is Bitfery.

2. fbtcapp.top - Again, its terms are coped from coinall09.com or even the old Okex
