I'm not familiar with that exchange also didn't see their exchange being on the list in CMC so that means that we cannot look forward on anything about that exchange as their are limited information about them.

So maybe you should forget about using those exchange you mentioned and stick on those exchange which is recommended by this site https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ since they are more reputable than those exchange you picked on randomly online. Also if they ask you to pay some amount when you asked for withdrawal in their site then this is clear indication that they are 100% scam.
