Actually @OP meant $DOGS telegram mini program. I don't know if you are aware of this. But yes there is some similarity with the name of doge coin. But there is some difference (owner) as it is, on the other side of doge coin (elon musk) dogs are of Telegram.
Elon Musk seems to be always associated with dogecoin but he is not the owner/creator of dogecoin
