Hey, guys! Are any of you emotional gamblers who often lose because you can't control what you feel? When you lose, do you tend to double your bets or chase your losses, driven by a pride that can't accept defeat? Do you consider this a problem? If so, has anyone here been able to solve this kind of problem themselves, and if yes, how did you do it?

I have this problem, and based on my personal experience, I find that sometimes I get challenged but not too greedy because I don't have a problem quitting when I'm winning. However, when I'm losing, that's where my struggle lies.

That's why I shared it here; I feel that some of you may experience the same challenges, and I'd love to hear your ideas or experiences on how to win this battle so we can enjoy gambling.

It's normal to feel emotional when you are losing but continuing to gamble in that state isn't good because you might lose more, we tend to make careless decisions whenever we are losing or chasing our profits.Aways remember that the best time to stop is when you are feeling emotional, take a break from your phone or computer and try to do other activities that would distract you from going back to playing more games because if you do there's a very high chance that you might lose everything you have

Great points! Cooling your head off with other activities is a great way to think about your bets that didn't go so well and come back with a fresh spirit and body intact. That way, with a good mood, you are going to have better odds, in my opinion Grin
To buttress your point, taking a break immediately after you feel emotional towards gambling whether you are greedy when you are winning more or have just lost and feel down is the right approach in a situation like this, there is always another day to try. Trying to continue playing at that time will certainly put the gambler into more trouble. I learned this secret in trading and when I started gambling, it was a work over for me. Our minds of gambling matter so much more than the money we intend to gain, it may not be easy at first but with a strong mind of believing that it's best we continue the next day will always help us to overcome the pressing temptation of gambling more that could result in more losses. For this to be helped further, having good gambling plans matters, after all, plans would have guided us to know the right time to call it quit as we would have known the maximum amount we can lose per session and how many times we are entitled to gamble the whole sum budgeted for the session.
