It’s difficult for women to break into male-dominated fields. Due to a few reasons being lack of awareness, representation and just gender bias. Since not much women are in the field, it’s already less considered by other women as they do not see a lot of women in it. Because of lack of representation they aren’t able to find mentors and support that they need when trying to get into the industry.
So far we do not see any increasing potential in the crypto field that comes from women, considering that it may be too difficult for them, but in fact what happened was that we did not find women in this field, it can be said that this is an option from the lack of awareness of women who are not too updated in the crypto field.
