Barcelona didn't have an easy job at all though. It was like they were waiting for Valencia to score to start performing better.

Lewandowski was on his very good day that he scored two goals. It is good to see him being beneficial for his team. Because he is one of top earners in the squad now. Therefore the expectations are bigger as well.
I still believe it could be his last year at Barcelona on one hand. He is 35 and has 2 years left on his contract. If he plays much extra this season then maybe the team could consider keeping him for one last year.
Barcelona started well and scored their first goal as Valencia scored in the first half, Barcelona conceded the first goal, I thought they wanted to disappoint their fans, as they always do, but they proved me wrong and made a comeback to secure the three points in their first away game of the season, Lewandowski scored two goals in their first game of the season, but I don't think Barcelona will consider him as their main striker after this season because he is 35 years old and will turn 36 this month, I believe Barcelona would prefer to have a striker under the age of 30 to compete with Real Madrid.
Furthermore, it's a good start of this season for Hansi Flick to win his first La Liga game as Barcelona's head coach, this is just the beginning of the season, and we don't have to praise or believe that he will continue with Xavi Hernandez level, despite that they didn't have any new players in their squad, but I believe that in the next 5 to 6 weeks will decide whether he is the best manager to improve the squad using the available players.
