Even if you earn regular money, it becomes difficult to own a house when the real estate sector exceeds the normal price. Studies need to be done on determining the price and limit in the real estate sector. Not everyone should be able to sell their house for the price they want and the prices to be determined should be within a certain limit. As long as there is no such limit, the rich get richer and a normal citizen who wants to own a house cannot own a house.

The state should prevent house prices from rising too much and provide suitable loans and help those who want to own a house.

If you buy a house from a developer then I am sure it will be very burdensome but people can build the house themselves on the land they have bought.
In my area people prefer to build houses independently rather than buying houses from developers because it is not profitable.
The problem is that now this sector is very expensive to buy and there are many people who cannot afford it because they do not have good financial resources.

The rich are getting richer because they have the financial resources to build houses which are then sold on credit to the public.
Normal things are hard to find because everyone builds something to make a profit. A house will be an important place to live, but currently it is difficult for people to buy one because they do not have good financial resources.
