LL last online was also more than 7 days ago so maybe you need to send him a pm, maybe he will get a notification on his phone (hopefully he activate the email notification for this forum).
Have you tried to bring your issue on the chat room? Maybe there is someone who is working for Bitvest as chat mod and has a direct connection to LL so he can forward the issue faster to LL.
There was Zodiac in this forum if I remember it correctly who is known to be someone who help LL to manage something related to Bitvest and 777coin.
Unfortunately I dont see him again in this forum for so long time, but maybe there is someone on the site who is actively monitoring the chatroom (just hoping).
