I am speculating here but if that happens and if they are able to get an approval from Binance then it will be a good listing as per my understanding.

Binance will list DOGS on 2024-08-26 12:00 (UTC) This is surprising news that this meme is able to penetrate the top exchanges again like notcoin, it could be that the delay in listing is due to waiting for Binance approval.
Don't know if withdrawal to Binance is available now? It's already gone to Bybit.
