We do not withhold clients' funds: we either exchange them or, in exceptional cases, make a return to the address from which the funds came to us.
Sounds good, do you return client funds based on suspicious activity? I simply want to know what can happen for a refund to take place. I have not used a telegram bot to exchange BTC before, but i have used services like eXch and their service is great.
