The official statement is the match is delayed because of the wet outfield and pitch. And I hope that the political situation is not going to have any kind of bad effect on the players of both teams. As far as I know, the match has not been started yet.
I don't think the match delay has anything to do with their political and economic issues. It's probably rainy season over there currently which is why what they stated seems legit in my opinion.
Anyway, almost everyone including me are expecting Pak to comfortably defeat Bangladesh in this series, but an unexpected twist would make things interesting.
