OP is saying general things that any person would think and say at this point because we have been through the bear market and we had the halving event, so we all know and anticipate that there is going to be a bull run soon, but when? no one knows. The market has been pretty unstable since the halving, and this hade made retail investors worried, but those who know this market understands that the time will come, but we have two whole years and within this timeframe, it is going to happen.
