Winning in gambling will make your mood happy just as we get some rewards and we feel happy. These feelings are so great and we feel so energic and positive.
Success in any activity makes us happy and lifts our spirits. This works not only in gambling, but in everything.

However, once we start to lose in gambling, we slowly move towards the sadness phase. If the loss continues and we keep on losing the money, eventually it can lead to depression.
And this manifests itself in the same way as in everyday life. Failure generates negative emotions.

Yes, I understand that depression is a very severe stage and it won't come at once if you are a new gambler but if you are not a responsible gambler, it is very easy for the gambler to lose his emotions and become depressed in life.
This is where time-management and control of gaming sessions that regulate the emotional state and don't allow it to take over the gambler would come in handy. The gambler controls emotions, and not the other way around.

Focus on other entertainment other than gambling for some time can be helpful in relaxing our mind and regrouping again to come back strongly in gambling with a strong emotion.
Excessive passion for any activity begins to border on mania, especially if it is gambling, due to the emotional carousel from euphoria to depression associated with monetary bets. Re-focusing attention is an excellent means to distract yourself from excessive passion for gambling and it works best if you find passion in new types of activities. Temporary "pauses" in gambling will save you from developing gambling addiction.
